PREMARK® Easy – for fast and safe application

The R&D department at LKF Vejmarkering A/S has made it even easier to choose PREMARK®!

Through an intensive R&D effort, LKF Vejmarkering A/S has developed a compatible adhesive that makes it possible to hold even the most complicated designs together. Through a special process, the thin adhesive is applied on the reverse side of the PREMARK® material. This allows:

• Easy lift and transfer of the design
• Easy assembly and application

Easy interconnection
PREMARK® Easy is a method whereby designs are physically adhered with a compatible adhesive. The adhesive backing allows easier control over the complexities of the design. The PREMARK® Easy designs will be cut in sizes that fit a normal PREMARK® box. This means that none of the panels will be larger than a normal sheet of 600x1000 mm. The actual size of the pieces of the PREMARK® Easy sign is of course dependent on the total size of the design.
The risk of having missing pieces will be reduced significantly.

Easy lift and transfer of the design
The larger sections of PREMARK® Easy are simpler to transfer from the packaging to the area of application. Transferring PREMARK® Easy to the site of application must be done by holding on to the largest part of the PREMARK® Easy section.

Easy assembly and application
PREMARK® Easy saves application time, because hardly any time is needed to assemble the design in the right way. Also, the larger pieces reduce the chance of errors and therefore reduce application time. The effectiveness and the timesaving element make it more affordable to use PREMARK® Easy. Tests at LKF Vejmarkering A/S have shown that the application time can be reduced with up to 30%.
The compatible adhesive on the reverse side of the material does not affect the bonding between PREMARK® Easy and the surface. Also, PREMARK® primer can be used with PREMARK® Easy.

LKF Vejmarkering A/S has applied for patent on the Easy concept. The international publication number is WO 2007/143988 A1.
